The hospitality was perfect and food & service provided by Dwiden It was nice 👍 All staff was so friendly and room was clean and talking about location it's nearby metro station a, And view was nice from 10th floor thanks to all staff of IBIS CHENNAI CITY CENTRE

Overall a very positive and comfortable stay !

5/5 overall - the staff is amazing . Special mention for rasully who was of great help to me when I had issue with some documents just before my US Visa interview . Room is clean and functional . Food is good quality . Location is good. No complaints ! Keep up the good work. !

Room was great and the food was really good as well. Great service. The breakfast buffet was really good. Great choices and the live dosa and omelette counter was great too. I had an egg white masala omelette and it was very tasty. Sambar and vada were amazing and dosa was very very crisp.

IBIS management is very good I came here for business meeting lunch, dinner and breakfast is also very delicious no comparison to other hotels management is very good sitting arrangement and all things are very good and at last but not least staffs are very Supportive . Thanks
